My heartfelt sympathy for your family. Tony and I met just a few short months ago through the online country club. His great personality was obvious while we played games and in reading his online chatting. His sound advice and enthusiasm will always be in my memories of him. As Tony always said, Fairways and Greens. May God bless.

To Tony’s dear family: To say that we grieve with you doesn’t reach the mark. To say that we will miss Tony doesn’t begin to describe the hole that now exists our lives due to his loss. To say that Tony was a good man that we loved, is an expression the true depth of which only those that knew him will understand. I was only able to enjoy Tony’s companionship for just under a year, and if he touched my heart in this way, I can only imagine the void that is now created in the lives of those who knew him daily. Please, accept my deepest expression of sympathy. And please know…Tony…was loved. Gordon Rodgers (GordoR1) a fellow friend from The Ford. (wgt golf)

To Tony's family, we are so sorry to learn of Tony's passing. Tony was our courier for many years delivering books to our library. Due to a change in his route, he has not been our driver for many months, but we still thought and spoke of him often. With our sympathy, Worthington Jefferson Township Public Library staff

I am so very sorry to see this. I knew Tony as our courier for over 7 years at the library where I work. He was always friendly, kind, and easy to talk with. I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him, and I am sure he will be missed by many. He was such a sweet soul.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

To Tony's family: my sincerest sympathy for your loss. Tony's Joie de Vivre was infectious. He was so enthusiastic about everything, and it spilled over into his mates online. His daily posts about this topic or that, his almost rabid passion, so many things made him a cherished and amazing friend. We never met in person, since I'm part of the WGT club, but my life was richer for knowing him even a little bit through our online community. Hit 'em straight amigo! Joe

I have known Tony just over a year now and to be honest what an awsome mate. There was a time I said that we should meet up as we are all from across the world. Unfortunately Tony was called to rest. May his soul rest in peace. My heartfelt condolences for your loss. Yasmeen Barnes aka Barno007 The Ford Wgt golf friend from South Africa.

I first met Tony on the 30th December 2021 playing a game of online Golf, and instantly knew that the Country Club that I’m a Director of, The Ford, would be the perfect fit for Tony. His enthusiasm and friendly nature shone through. I invited him to join us, and after a couple of weeks of questions flying back and forth, he took the plunge and accepted my invitation. From the very first day his thirst for knowledge and his willingness to help out was evident. Tony wanted to know EVERYTHING there was to know, and over the past year we have shared hundreds of text conversations. Although we have never met in person, and I am in Cheshire, UK. I felt a real friendship with Tony, and his sudden passing has both shocked and saddened me to the core. The output of grief shown in the club for Tony from his fellow members bears testament to the man he was, intelligent, thoughtful, courteous, helpful, with one phrase repeating over and over again ‘Gentleman’. Tony, my friend, I will miss you greatly, I will miss our chats, your quirky and detailed club tournaments and simply just you. Sleep tight - Fairways and greens. R

Rest in peace to Anthony, a great guy. Knew him through a country club in an online golf game, WGT. He was always so kind and respectful in any interaction I had with him, as well as with everyone else in the country club.

T….we spent many days playing online golf. You taught me a lot about the game and how to play it. I was shocked and very saddened to hear the news. Going to miss our chats about music, cats….and life. I’ve never met you in person, but I appreciated our friendship. I always ended our evenings with “See ya bud!” Rest easy friend. C
