Continue ReadingCarol Ann (Sprock) Grave, 80, of Spencer passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the Owen Valley Health Campus in Spencer. She was born on December 23, 1941 in Sibley, Iowa, the daughter of the late Carl and Gracie (Wiertsema) Sprock.
Carol was a graduate of Lyon High school in Rock Rapids, Iowa. She married Durvard Grave, who preceded her in death in May of 2022. Carol worked as a homemaker, a secretary and was a business owner. She was of the Christian Faith.
Carol is survived by her children, Eugene Grave, Douglas (Brenda) Grave and Craig (Barb) Grave; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Delrae Bennett and a grandson, Matthew Grave.
A funeral service will take place at 10:30 AM, Saturday, July 30th, 2022, at Salem Reformed Church in Little Rock, Iowa with Reverend Barry Wynveen, officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery in Little Rock.
Visitation will take place Friday, July 29th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with the family present at Salem Reformed Church in Little Rock.
