Ron Grahn left a message on July 26, 2021:
I have known Ed (and knew Shirley) since 1988. I will miss having cerebral conversations with him outside the property he owned in Owen County and his genial disposition. Rest in Peace Ed and give Shirley a hug!
Jeff Elixman, Fishers, Indiana left a message on July 26, 2021:
I was honored to know Ed Ray for over 25 years. Many years ago, my father and Ed, were neighbors and began their relationship. My father owned property next to Ed's home near Clay City on SR 246. That relationship from way back when, continued for years as Ed granted us permission to hunt on his property. Although his passing was in the last couple of months, we did not receive word until late July. We thank him for sharing his love of the outdoors with our family and all of us will miss him very much. The Elixman, Grahn and Meyer Families!
Mike Meyer left a message on July 25, 2021:
Ed was a great man. I knew him for over 25 years and he was one of the most kind and generous people I have ever known. I loved our conversations at his farm or at lunch over the years. He will be truly missed. Thanks for all the great memories you helped make for our family.
