Continue ReadingElizabeth “Betty” Ann Garst, age 78, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on Monday April 18, 2022. She was born December 31, 1943, the daughter of George L. Garst and Patricia Ann (Langsford) Garst.
She was a Purdue University graduate, majoring in Nursing. She cared for her patients for several years working at many different locations.
She is survived by her siblings; Lewis G. Garst (Helen) of Tennessee, Danielle Garst S.J. of Minnesota, Margaret Rose Garst of Bloomington, and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her siblings; Agnes Marie Tebbee, Daniel Joseph Garst, and Phillip Garst.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 A.M. at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Bloomington.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of mass.
Memorial contributions can be made in honor of Betty to the Mother of the Redeemer Retreat Center in Bloomington.
